This recap describes a gathering of nearly 80 participants for a symposium at KHI on August 29, 2017, to hear from national and state experts who are dealing with the opioid crisis. Andrew Kolodny, M.D., opened the day with a keynote presentation, followed by panel discussions focusing on Prescribing and Treatment, as well as Enforcement and Regulation.
