KHI is not responsible under any privacy laws or local data protection legislation in any jurisdiction outside of the United States. Any information, including personally identifying information, collected through the Site or Services is processed in the United States by us or by a service provider acting on our behalf. When you use the Site or Services you consent to the processing of your information in the U.S.

Children and Parents

The Site and Services are not intended for use by or targeted to children. If you are under the age of majority in your place of residence, you may not use the Site or Services. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personally identifying information, please contact us to resolve the issue.

Miscellaneous

Effective Date and Policy Modifications.

The effective date of this Privacy Policy is set forth at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. From time to time, we may modify this Privacy Policy. Modifications may include, among other things, changes in the law or our Information collection and use practices. Any modifications shall be effective upon posting the revised Privacy Policy to the Site. Please note that your continued use of the Site or Services after a revised Privacy Policy has been posted signifies your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy and supersedes all previous versions.
