The Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments this week in the largest of the lawsuits filed against President Obama’s health reform law. The justices have dedicated a substantial amount of time — three days — to hear the arguments in the lawsuit, in which the 26 plaintiff states are suing the federal government over the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. This tutorial provides a brief overview of the four major issues before the court.
