The Affordable Care Act includes several provisions that affect employers.
This brief — the sixth in a series focusing on how health reform affects Kansans — outlines the ACA rules that apply to employers of certain sizes.
These rules include tax credits for some small employers and financial penalties for large employers that do not provide affordable and adequate coverage.
