By working together – pooling resources, sharing staff, expertise, funds and programs – across organizational boundaries, public health departments can accomplish more together than they could do alone. In this pop-up convening, we will explore the benefits, success factors and key learnings from a decade of experience helping health departments and other partners share resources to improve public health efficiency and effectiveness. The event will include time for audience Q&A, peer sharing and discussion.
