

Valentina Blanchard, M.P.H., M.S.W., Analyst, conducts research and policy analysis related to our work on behavioral health, access to care, population health and other topics.
Before joining KHI, Valentina was Discharge Planner at Muscogee County Jail in Columbus, Georgia, where she provided discharge planning services for patients receiving mental health services. She also was a Social Work and Public Health Fellow at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, where she provided social work consultation services for adolescent and young adult patients.
Valentina holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Texas Health Science Center, a master’s degree in social work from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree in social work from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
