Rebecca Wagner, M.P.H., Proposal Development Specialist, supports KHI’s efforts to secure funding and advance strategic initiatives.
Her work includes identifying funding opportunities, assisting with competitive proposal development and submissions, and enhancing and maintaining the infrastructure needed to support successful development efforts.
Prior to joining KHI, Rebecca served as Grants Coordinator and Program Development Specialist at the Kansas Healthcare Collaborative, Communications Specialist at the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, and Blue Health Initiatives Intern at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas. Her experience includes collaborating with partners statewide, aligning funding opportunities with strategic goals, developing communication strategies for local health departments, and supporting data-driven approaches to grantmaking.
Rebecca holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Kansas and a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in psychology from The Ohio State University.
