Caroline Spayth

Caroline Spayth, Digital Communications Specialist, supports KHI’s website, social media and email communications, as well as multimedia production, internal communications and other digital engagement efforts. She also helps advance digital accessibility, enhances the user experience across KHI’s online platforms and supports the exploration and implementation of emerging technologies to improve workflow. 

Caroline most recently served as a digital communications intern at KHI beginning in January 2026. Prior to joining KHI, Caroline was a reporter and social media manager for KU Media Crossroads, where she reported on-air and produced pre-recorded packages on a variety of topics. She was also a reporter and copy editor for the University Daily Kansan.  

Caroline graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communications and a minor in sports management.
