This Forum Brief was prepared along with an Expanded Discussion for a September 2002 Kansas Health Policy Forum.
Both briefs provide information about the current long-term care financing system for elderly Kansans and analyses of methods to limit expenditures and transform delivery systems. The Expanded Discussion provides a more in-depth examination of these issues and presents additional options for consideration.
