The Kansas Health Institute would like to remind you to submit a promising practice to be included in the Kansas City Health Matters website, launched by the Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City (HCF). The website’s purpose is to provide data for individuals and organizations serving the Kansas City metro area. In addition to data, the website provides robust resources that aim to improve the health and quality of life for individuals and to enhance community resilience.

The promising practices on the website are submitted by organizations from around the country, and are intended to encourage the systematic adoption and implementation of proven strategies to improve health and strategically target resources. HCF and their partners have been working on increasing the number of local practices on the website. By submitting a promising practice, you will be able to share your success with your peers both locally and nationally. Additionally, your work will help communities to improve health, strengthen programs and move towards best practices.
