KHI’s Vice President for Fiscal Policy was recently a guest on ABC’s “This Week in Kansas” on Wichita’s KAKE-TV, with host Tim Brown. Goossen discussed the current status of the state budget, the impact of the Affordable Care Act and the troubled launch of HealthCare.gov, as well as state policymakers’ consideration of Medicaid expansion in Kansas.
