During the first several weeks of the session the Kansas Health Institute briefed several legislative committees on health reform and its potential impact on the state. Separate briefings were given to the Senate Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee, the Senate Public Health and Welfare Committee and the Senate Ways and Means Committee.
