During the first several weeks of the session the Kansas Health Institute briefed several legislative committees on health reform and its potential impact on the state. Separate briefings were given to the Senate Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee, the Senate Public Health and Welfare Committee and the Senate Ways and Means Committee. The presentations used in the briefings are available at right. You can also download or stream the audio of the briefing to the Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee. A follow-up memo sent to the committee in response to questions asked during the briefing is also available.
