Karsen DeWeese, M.P.H.

Karsen DeWeese, M.P.H., Communications Assistant, supports the Strategic Communication and Engagement team at KHI. She contributes to strategy and analytics, ensures accessibility of print and digital content, and assists with convening logistics and multimedia production.

Karsen previously served as a communications intern at KHI and the Journal of Public Health Management and Practice. She also held research and teaching assistant roles while earning her degrees at Kansas State University and completed a practicum with the Flint Hills Wellness Coalition.

She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in public health from Kansas State.
