Webinar: Community Foundations and Health

Community foundations are instrumental in supporting communities and addressing the diverse needs of families living there.

The Kansas Health Institute (KHI) has developed a new webinar to continue conversations about how community foundations can meet those goals by addressing the many factors that shape health. In addition, this webinar will assist community foundations and their stakeholders in identifying additional opportunities, like:

  • Investing in issues that shape health;
  • Balancing multiple priorities; and
  • Developing strategies for cultivating the interest of donors and others in investing in new areas.

KHI would like to hear about your experiences and successes in working to address the many factors that shape health. If you are interested in sharing your ideas for engaging in this work, please contact Tatiana Lin or Carlie Houchen.

After you watch the webinar, please take this survey. Your participation in the survey will help KHI enhance similar resources in the future.

The Kansas Health Institute (KHI) delivers objective information, conducts credible research, and supports civil dialogue enabling policy leaders to make informed health policy decisions that enhance their effectiveness as champions for a healthier Kansas.
