Several things happen this week that could determine whether Gov. Sam Brownback's KanCare plan moves forward on schedule for Jan. 1, including a meeting Thursday in Baltimore with federal officials. Also, the administration's "go/no-go" date is Friday for deciding if KanCare enrollment forms will be mailed later this month.
