Kentucky has already started its shift to Medicaid managed care using three of the five companies that have submitted bids for Kansas Medicaid contracts. The Kentucky state auditor has offered 10 recommendations for improving his state's troubled, new system and says Kansas officials could perhaps learn from the mistakes of the Bluegrass State.
