According to Kaiser, Kansas has received $63 million in ACA funding — to both private and governmental entities. That puts Kansas on the lower end of the health reform funding spectrum, receiving more than only nine other states. Per capita, Kansas ranked fourth from the bottom, bringing in $23.05.
