Kelley Melton is the pharmacy program manager for Kansas Health Policy Authority, which will become the Division of Health Care Finance at the Kansas Department of Health and Environment on July 1.

Melton is a native Kansan, born and raised in Belleville. After graduating from Belleville High School in 2004, she did her pre-pharmacy coursework at the University of Kansas until 2007. In May 2011, she graduated from Creighton University’s Distance Pharmacy program. She currently lives in Lawrence with her 5-year-old son, Jameson.
