KDoA seeks input on budget priorities

— Kansas Department on Aging Secretary Martin Kennedy has announced plans for three hearings for gathering public input on the department’s budget for fiscal year 2012.

The hearing times and locations are:

● 7:30 p.m., July 26, at the Dodge City Public Library, 1001 N. 2nd St.

● 1:30 p.m., July 30, at the Saline County Commission on Aging, 245 N. 9th St.

● 10:30 a.m., Aug. 5, at the Jayhawk Area Agency on Aging, 2910 SW Topeka Blvd., Topeka.

The meetings are open to the public. Those unable to attend may participate via telephone by calling 1-866-620-7326 and entering conference code 7356817577.

Fiscal year 2012 begins July 1, 2011.
