The Kansas Health Institute analyzed data from a survey of 8,000 Kansas households to describe uninsured children and to identify groups of children that might be targeted for policy interventions. The report was produced under contract with the School of Nursing at the University of Kansas Medical Center as part of the 2001 Kansas Health Insurance Study, with funding provided by the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration under a State Planning Grant to the Kansas Insurance Department.
