With or Without Expansion, the Affordable Care Act Means Changes for Kansas Medicaid

Whether or not Kansas expands Medicaid eligibility under the Affordable Care Act, the state faces a variety of changes in Medicaid rules and regulations under the health reform law.

This issue brief — the 10th in a series on health reform — highlights major changes to the Medicaid application and eligibility determination process for Kansas, regardless of whether state officials decide to expand Medicaid eligibility.
