A letter sent to the Senate Ways and Means committee regarding SRS Secretary Rob Siedlecki. According to Senate Minority Leader Anthony Hensley, D-Topeka, Siedlecki coerced Hammond into writing the letter of support for his nomination as a result of an email that said Siedlecki intended to disregard legislative intent when spending SRS's appropriation.
