Terry Deckard, Information Technology Coordinator, joined the Kansas Health Institute in 2012, developing and overseeing KHI's technology plan and supporting technology needs of projects. Previously, Terry was an information technology instructor at Wichita Technical Institute (WTI) - Topeka, where he taught advanced technology classes. He now serves on the WTI Technology Advisory Board. Terry earned a computer networking technology degree from Bryan College in Springfield, Missouri and studied digital/analog electronics at the Cleveland Institute of Electronics. He is certified in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft (MCTS) for Windows 7, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist, CompTIA Project+, Server 2008 Infrastructure and Server 2008 Active Directory. Terry is also a member of the FBI's InfraGard Kansas City Members Alliance.
