Cheng-Chung Huang, M.P.H., Analyst, joined the Kansas Health Institute in 2002. His expertise in statistical analysis and database management is applied in a number of projects addressing health insurance coverage, health care delivery systems and statewide health indicators. Before joining KHI, Cheng-Chung studied in the doctoral program in health policy and administration at the University of North Carolina. He took part in several projects analyzing administrative and utilization data from Medicaid and private health insurance sources. Cheng-Chung also participated in the taskforce in planning Taiwan's National Health Insurance System. He received an undergraduate degree and a master's degree in public health from National Taiwan University.
