Mr. Rogge is CEO of Cramer Products, Inc., an industry leader in sports medicine and athletic training room supplies. Prior to starting his management career, he attained the rank of Captain in the United States Air Force. Tom received an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Kansas State University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He serves on the Olathe Medical Center board of trustees, Community Foundation of Johnson County board of directors and Commerce Bank of Kansas City advisory board. He has also served as chairman of the board for the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association and as a member of the Kansas City chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth board of directors. Mr. Rogge lives in Fairway with his wife, Kim.
